1. Media Usage and Consent

Photographs and moving images of dogs, members, exhibitors, and spectators may be taken by official Club representatives or designated photographers at any MBCC event, show, or activity.

By attending a MBCC event, you grant the Midshires Bearded Collie Club permission to use these images for official Club purposes, which include:

Club Website and official social media platforms
Club Publications (e.g., newsletters, show catalogues)
Promotional Material for future MBCC events

2. Limitations of Club Responsibility

The Club strictly limits its control and responsibility to media created and published directly by the MBCC.

The Club is not responsible for the use, misuse, or distribution of any photographs or moving images taken by other attendees (private individuals, external media, or third parties). This includes media that may be subsequently shared or posted by third parties on social media platforms, websites, or in other private or public forums.

3. Withdrawal of Consent

If you do not wish to have your image (or the image of your dog) published in official Club media, you must formally notify the Club Secretary in writing before or immediately upon arrival at the event.

While the Club will make every effort to respect this request regarding our own official media, attendees must be aware that the Club cannot prevent other private individuals from taking or publishing photographs.
