Midshires Bearded Collie Club - Welcome

Bearded Collie and Sheep

Welcome to the Website of Midshires Bearded Collie Club, this is a Club for all those who love Bearded Collies.

The Club originated from an idea hatched by our founders the late Garth Nicholls and Maureen Reader that there was the need for a Bearded Collie Club to cover the Midlands area circa 1989 with events commencing in 1991; the Club still has many of its original founder members, committee and officers.

The Club is registered with The Kennel Club and runs an Open Show in February and the only outdoor Breed Club Championship Show in August each year.  There are also educational events and members enjoy lovely Tea Parties and Rambles. A magazine - "Midshires Tails" is produced for members with articles, poems and stories as well as details of forthcoming events.

Details of how to join and an application form can be found on the Membership Page.
